Secretary

I am a professional counselor and trainer based in Florence, Italy, where I live and work.

For over 20 years, I have been active in the field of counseling, with a particular focus on the development of counseling policies. In 2009, I founded AssoCounseling, which is now one of the leading counseling associations in Italy.

I have served as Secretary General of AssoCounseling (2009–2022), President of Federcounseling (2013–2018) — the first Italian federation bringing together professional counseling associations — and as Counseling Ambassador in Italy for the International Association for Counselling (2019–2025). I currently serve as Director General of AssoCounseling.

I trained in an integrated counseling model based on a non-directive, person-centered approach that respects each individual’s uniqueness and autonomy.
