Lorenzo Bianchi

I am a professional counselor, trainer, and executive coach based in France, with roots in international relations and extensive cross-cultural experience supporting individuals and organizations across diverse contexts. Originally from Italy, I first encountered the Person-Centered Approach in 2006 as a young man. That encounter marked the beginning of a journey that has profoundly shaped both my life and my work.

What began as a personal discovery gradually became the philosophical and ethical foundation of my professional practice.

Most importantly, it has guided my academic and experiential work on linguistic empowerment over the years. It was precisely through the Person-Centered Approach that I began to recognize and explore the inner experience of speaking a second or multiple languages: the felt sense, vulnerability, and identity shifts that arise when we try to express ourselves beyond our mother tongue. This dimension, historically underexplored in conventional linguistic research, is one that the Person-Centered Approach enabled me to unfold and inhabit more fully.
